My soul's purpose is to help make a positive difference in others lives. I have a passion as well as a gift in helping people heal their bodies, mind and spirit in addition to helping them to connect with their authentic selves.
My journey began over 20 years ago when I was diagnosed with breast cancer. It was at that time I learned to heal my body, mind and spirit. I believe a connection and an understanding of all three enables the body to heal and provides you with many possibilities of moving forward on this journey called life.
My specialty is to help people understand & connect with the Dis-Ease in their life that may be causing pain or illness in their body. The same Dis-Ease may be causing Dis-Ease in your personal life, relationships or career. I use my Intuitive skills as well as advanced training in CranioSacral Therapy, Somatic Emotional Release, Spiritual Psychology and Soul Centered Life Coaching to help you reconnect with the part of you who has that inner knowing that you can heal.
I work with individuals from infants to seniors. My study of CranioSacral Therapy has been through the Upledger Institute where I acquired the Advanced Practitioner III status. At the same Institute, I have furthered my studies in Pediatric CranioSacral, completing several pediatric internships and intensive programs. My skills as a coach formally began in 2012 as I entered a Masters Program in Spiritual Psychology at the University of Santa Monica. I graduated in 2013 and continued my training with their Soul Centered Life Coach Program. Unbeknownst to me, I realized I had been coaching my clients through the CranioSacral work I had been practicing since I opened my practice in 1999.
Wether we work together with CranioSacral Therapy of as your Soul Centered Life Coach, my approach involves listening to your needs and to be of service to help make a difference in your life. To further my quality of service, I believe in continuous education. This not only helps me grow in my profession, but also provides the client with the latest skills and knowledge in my field of expertise.
